I don't think they should be shut down if they're not government financed. These people are exercising their freedom of speech. But I'm very glad that my friend Kelly Ske is also exercising HER freedom of speech and warning us about these things.
While I agree they should not be shut down (provided no illegal activity is being promoted or committed), I do think it inappropriate that a tax funded institution is promoting them to minors. I would say removal if they are indeed promoting illegal activities, such as purchasing of prescription medication from a private person, or neglecting to obtain the consent of a parent/guardian should the purchaser be a minor, provided that is a legal transaction and not a prescription or illegal medication.
